Receipt after 1 week. Biometrics letter within 2 weeks.

we send our on this oct, 6th and nothing receive until now

submitted to NBC directly since my I-140 had been approved earlier

Congratulations Nitin. Wow, that was fast. My timeline is also similar I-485 filed on 08/04/2022 (after my I-i40 was approved in May). Also EB1C and the case has been at NBC all along until now- transferred to another office this week. 2 Quick questions: did you send your medicals along with I-485 app? And Did you get your EAD/ AP cards before 485 approval ( or directly 485)? Hopefully soon for all of us as well - we will see green in our mailbox.

I sent my medical along with the 485 as one package. I did not receive any EAD or AP but straight 485 approval. The wait for the processing is always stressful. Hoping for speedy processing for all.

What was you center for i485?

receipt range MSC229065. For the 485, center was missouri, that is where the NBC is located.

I did not call anyone but kept checking on lawfully.

I agree- each case is different, USCIS does what they want with each case, and sometimes luck may play a role. But, they are under pressure to adjudicate as many cases as possible, quickly. And I heard that there is a proposal being reviewed by White house which will give USCIS a window of 6 months to Adjudicate pending AOS applications.. let's see .

@Darshita Patel mine timeline is very similar. I-485 submission Aug 19; fingerprints taken on Sep22; receipt # MSC2290708***. Have you gotten any update?

so there is no status change in your time line since fingerprints taken? is it okay to call USCIS at this point? it’s really stressful.
