Finally!!!🎉🎉🎉
so Happy to be done with USCIS for now whew!!!.praying for a smooth NVC process.I pray you all receive your approvals because trust me I know what each of you is going through!..3 days ago I chated with agent via Emma and she submitted an inquiry on my behalf although my inquiry date was on up yet..so maybe try that not sure if that helped…In my opinion K3 did not help at all..it still shows case received…wish everyone the best!!!

thank you @anyday now!!!..you need to select technical issue that way emma will connect you to an agent..and so once i got the agent i told her my case seems to be taken longer than expected and also i am having issues with my online account..so she gave me a ticket number for the technical helpdesk to call me back and them she also submitted a case inquiry..2 days later i got the approval

they pay attention to inquiries coming from the agents directly it seems..more than the inquiry u sent in when your case is out of processing time..also been praying to God that i dont get an RFE cuz that wastes a lot more time..so im grateful i went from under review to approved without RFE

@lala I have been approved since 3 days now. Also said card is being produced. I am waiting patiently now. I hope they do send it in a week. that’s why I asked if yours also says card is being produced.

I talked to an agent and she refused to submit an inquiry
so I asked her if I can expedite my case and she just told me no and disconnected me from the chat!😞
