Hello . did you sent an expedite Request to the NVC after you received a ´ welcome Letter’ or before ? Our Expedite were Approved. Now our case at the NVC

after welcome letter, if u expedited on uscis stage then u should do it with nvc also, after welcome letter

But what if it will take too long to receive a welcome letter ? That is my main concern . That’s why we want to submit expedite Request to the NVC right away . Our expedite Request were approved by uscis in few days and on November 25 they sent our I-130 to NVC (we have emergency medical reason)

And I’ve seen someone on youtube expediting their case without receiving their welcome letter from NVC
