does your EAD stay valid after green card approval?
have my EAD already for a little while but green card just got approved. in the meantime if I need to submit i9 can I still use my EAD card until I receive the physical green card? or does the fact that my Gc is approved invalidates my EAD as a document so I have to wait until I receive the GC?

let me know if you have any questions. it was super easy for me. it took 20 minutes. The officer just asked basic questions from the form and then they asked my husband how we meet, when and where was our first date, who proposed to whom, who bought rings and then he looked at our pictures and that’s it! We had bunch of other paper work but he didn’t asked for it. Thank you all one more time.

Receipt Notice
Hi guys,
I didn’t get the receipt notice from the USCIS by mail, but when I logged-in in their website, it’s already there and I can download it
Do I need the original one for the interview, Or I just have to print out the one that I have online ?
btw I’m living abroad so maybe that’s why they didn’t mail it to me.
our case has been approved today by USCIS
we contracted with senator but it did not work directly. however after senator request, USCIS request us to submit updated financial document. after submitting financial in 24 days we got the decision. we also send another letter on December 1 , 2021 to USCIS saying that we lost funding two times, if you think you need more time to give decision then please withdraw our application , we will fly outside of USA and will face visa interview. This letter helped to get decision early. Thanks guys for sharing your updates, it was helpful. we had backup VISA interview scheduled at Monterrey. we are going to cancel that interview .
