@Realler Boat yes she is only eight years old i applied together with me but her case has not changed she still continues to say that the case was received

my mom and my dad case take less than a month to approve and the three of us case go in together and I still don't hear anything about mind and that is over a month now.

@Realler boat they apply for a work permit because it's only when uscis approves that SSN issues its social number that's why they apply for the EAD

yes it happened with my friend. last week exactly the same

same here, it’s been over 2 months my wife & I received EAD but still my son’s status stays as received! initiated expedite twice but no response

@RJ @GR do u know anyone who applied ead for his child less than 10yrs and received it. The delay of the ead for your kids makes me think they don't qualify. I think it has to be investigated.
