my i130 has been approved
so how long does it take for a removal proceedings to get terminated. I just got approved.

you seriously need to talk an immigration attorney. here the chances of getting misinformation is huge.
I-130 doesn’t terminate removal proceedings —-> an immigration judge is the one that has such power, after terminated then afterwards you will able to adjust status (I-485) unless you are an “arriving alien” is that case USCIS has jurisdiction over you. I mean there’s so much information to consider, just talk to an experienced immigration attorney. Jim hacking is a good option.

you have to file a motion to terminate your removal processing with your approved I-130 but you need a lawyer to help file that for you then you can adjust your status with USCIS or you can adjust infront of the judge but you will ask the judge to schedule you for a final or master hearing to adjust

my lawyer is going to file for motion to terminate. when I went for my masters hearing the judge said ones I was approved of my i130 he was going to terminate it. ones I get the notice in the mail my lawyer will do it.
when did I file? 2019 September 11. I was heavily pregnant when I went for the master hearing in Baltimore. everything seem promising. so let’s keep our faith. will update as soon as something happens.

@lyn lyn How you doing you case was approved I’m in the same situation my i130 approved I have a master hearing coming next months my lawyers already file my i485 my lawyer tell me wait for the next hearing to adjust my status in front of judge

guys my removal proceeding was finally terminated June 2021, so I went to the local USCIS office with my court order documents. hopefully I was giving a I-751 stamp to work n travel. my question Am I going to get my green card? am confused. The lady on the uscis on the phone told my i should go over again and get new stamp (i-751) before 30 days it expires. i want my card not a stamp. guys you should see how many times i have gotten my passport stamped throughout the court proceedings for 7 years. I have renewed my passport twice not because its expired but i run out of pages. when will this be over.. what's next for me, any ideas please
