Interview Scheduled After EAD Expedite Request
After several attempts to expedite my EAD with different officer via phone calls and through Emma I can finally say that God came through for me once again. It has been a very stressful and nerve-racking experience going back and forth each time hoping and praying for the right person with a heart of compassion and understanding. After resorting to both congressman and my senator I can honestly say that God answers prayer. This app has been extremely helpful because if it wasn't for lawfully I wouldn't have known about being able to expedite my case because of course the lawyers doesn't even tell you about those things. The funny thing is today my HR called me asking about my SS and ID regarding my I-9 and I have been there for 4yrs and the previous HR didn't request it but God came through for me today by scheduling my interview even though my EAD wasn't approved. I refuse to stress myself about not being able to provide certain documents to my HR at this time. Continue to pray and trust God, keep pushing and keep the faith. Wishing everyone the best at this time.

Green Card Approved!!!!
At long last, my Green Card Application was approved. Since USCIS works basically as a “black Box”, it is hard for me to guess what contributed to the positive decision. I would say, however, that my looking for a job for the past three months, and my submitting a request to expedite the EAD once I got a solid job offer did end up making a huge difference in terms of how quickly the final approval came. My strong suggestion to the members of this community still awaiting approval? Don’t sit passively, waiting for things to happen. Get a job offer, write to USCIS, do everything in your power to document, argue and present a compelling case. Good luck, and may God bless all of you!

don't loose hope they are working!!!!
I am seeing USCIS is getting better with their processing speed. my 485 git approved in 5 months. how ever it took me a month to reply RFE. otherwise they would have approved it in 4 months.
After my RFE responce I got approved with in 2 weeks
