when did you request for expedite, when did you fax the evidence?

requested expedite on 2/18…received email to fax docs same day..faxed docs on 2/22..but i followed up everyday..i got RFE on my 485 and I-130 in between which i have also provided by uploading online..i followed up again last week regarding ead and got the email from uscis on monday, 3/21 to upload the docs that i have faxed over..and today, i got approved

If you don’t mind saying, what did you argue on expedite?

@cassi provide them with bank statements..bills ..medical bills..anything you believe will prove that you are in a dire situation that by not obtaining the ead, it will prevent from you being able to support your household

@czm I followed up and a tier 2 officer called me last Friday the 18th and said he has escalated and sent an inquiry to nbc and I will be contacted once reviewed. is that what they told you?

@giften yes i was told the same thing..but besides that, i persisted to chat with emma on a daily basis just to raise a ticket hehehe..u may want to give then a couple of weeks to take action..you’re probably close to getting approved though
