marriage based approved!
hi! finally I have my green card approved I can’t believe it!! i just wanna share my experience ! i had my interview yesterday, it was super easy, the lady that interviewed us was really nice, she only asks us to tell her our love story with our words and to give her anything we have to prove our marriage, we gave her joint bank account statements, utility bills with both of our names, health and life insurance, tax statements, marriage certificate and some photos. she asked us the questions in the forms and asked my husband my parents name and my husbands parents name to me and that was all. she told us that somebody else had to check our case but that she will recommend approval and then like 20 minutos after the interview my status change to interview completed and must be reviewed. 5 minutes after that it changed to new card is being produced 😁

got email and text uscis had taken action on my case
my I485 got approved but haven’t gotten card yet and I never got combo card. today my uscis account showed sign “case closed” on my I485… should i worried? I havent gotten gc yet. i assume they should close my case in i131,i765 but they close on my i485 and it still not deliver to my address yet

I filed for the removal of the conditions on my green card in March 2020 and got it approved in March 2022 it took me two long years of wait finally got this approved 🥺

Hey, quick question
I’m abroad, received my passport with visa yesterday, but they don’t gave me package with my medical exam
I know that I need to show my medical exam to the officer in the airport, but I don’t have it, only CD with my x-ray, is that okay? Or what am I need to do?

i 765(EAD) renewal was approved today even though my i290b (appealling for fraud charged i130) still pending for almost two years. is it a good sign of apraval of the i290b?

Got approved today. I am waiting for my card now.
Never got EAD or AP.
I did it through attorney.
I-140 was approved in Dec 2021.
