Yes, actually.. my status has not changed… I just happened to see there was an “update” and when I logged in under the “Documents” tab.. their was the approval.

@Zakky DQ: July 21st (NVC approved documentation) but we’re awaiting an appointment in Ciudad Juárez MX. The backlog is between 12-15 months so again just patiently waiting
