Has anyone encountered a similar situation?

me... on March 11th, name was updated. My case was approved on March 15. Then again, it says that my name was updated today. I can no longer find the message about my case being approved. What's going on? USCIS doesn't even pick up the phone.

Hodae, This is very similar to me, I also approved twice. Did you get the approval letter?

No. But I was able to chat with a live agent, and she said to wait at least 7 days for approval letter. Didn't explain why my status has changed...

This you get the notice of action tho? if not, try contacting uscis.gov/e-request. I'm having to figure all these out myself.

Daniel Y, did you receive a Notice of Approval in the mail yet? I was able to create a USCIS account on their website. I then checked my case history, the notification "We Approved Your Case" is still there, although the most recent notification was "We Changed Your Name." I was given until the 13th of April to get the "Notice of Approval" in the mail. It's getting closer to that date and I'm yet to receive anything.
