Hi guys, just wanted to update here because it’s been such a helpful community for me throughout this process. I didn’t receive a notification, just went on my uscis account to check and saw the approval letter!

My lawyer advised me to not premium process my i140 since the i485 would take longer anyway.
Two days ago my i485 was transferred from Nebraska to NBC. EAD/AP stayed in Nebraska.

AOS approved after the stoke interview yesterday
We had our stoke interview yesterday and we were approved on spot. Our interview was at 12:50pm but we started at 3pm . they called my wife in first and after an hour, they brought her back and called me in. though the officer did not go over the questions with both of us again the interview but our lawyer said we had only one question out of 60 questions wrong.

My EAD was pending since August 2021, On Feb I lost my job too, I chat with the USCIS agent on 03/18/22 and told all the problems that I'm facing, she told me, someone from USCIS going to call me in the future,
today without anyone calling me or any RFE, the case was updated to EXPEDITE REQUEST APPROVED,
