i heard that chatting with a live agent about the status (even though they give automated/typical answers) may result in a faster approval from lots of people, and this is what I got after i talked with them last week!

Tier 2 callback after GC approved
Hi everyone,
I made an expedite request for I-765 with Emma and she told me to wait for the callback from Tier 2 in 30 days. 2 weeks later, I got my I-485 approved and already have my GC in hand. Today, I received an alert that Tier 2 will call me in next 1-2 days regarding to I-765 expedite request I made.
What would I expect the call to be about? And what should I tell them? Anyone ever had same experience, please share with me!!

My EAD got approved today. PD September 7, 2021. My service center is NBC but I don’t know why it says Potomac for my I765.
I had a job offer but my first expedite request was rejected.
I put in the second expedite request through my congressman and the expedite request was approved in the morning. In the evening, I got a status update that my card is being produced.
My advice to everyone is to be patient and trust your Creator. I was unemployed for the past 9 months. It is a stressful process but patience and perseverance will bear it’s sweet fruit.
