My lawyer advised me to not premium process my i140 since the i485 would take longer anyway. Two days ago my i485 was transferred from Nebraska to NBC. EAD/AP stayed in Nebraska.

I am July 2021 EB3-2 as well. My lawyer said the same thing. I was thinking about upgrading now but maybe I will wait

@J. K, Dec 2020 was my priority date, not the date I submitted the application. My application was submitted on 09/21 (all forms concurrent)
