I130 approved but found out about removal proceedings…
How did your interview go? I had mine recently and it was fine until I was told I was in removal proceedings since 08/2020 and I wasn’t aware. Anyway, my lawyer told me it’s nothing to worry about and requested for the officer to continue with the other part of the interview. She barely asked questions, just wanted to know how we met and we told her. Then she proceeded to ask for additional bona fide documents and we gave it to her. She ended up approving our I130 and explained that the I48 is also “approveable” but subject to the removal proceedings being expunged. She also told us that there won’t be any need for another interview and once the removal condition has been taken care of, it will be approved. I left there both shocked (that I had been in removal proceedings without even knowing) and excited (that I got my I130 approved in the spot). She gave us a white paper notifying us that the interview took place and that our case would still be reviewed.
Once we were out, The lawyer explained what she needed to do to take care of the condition. So I am waiting for my status to be update online and also to hear back from my lawyer as per progress.

Applied for new SSN 4 weeks ago
I went to Social Security Administration 4 weeks ago to request a new SSN and everytime I call to know the status, they say that Department of Homeland Security haven’t approved it yet.
Someone with the same situation? What should I do? I want to get a job and a credit card asap…

my interview was today everything was smoth, officer says everything is good we will review your documents and will let me know in 4 weeks if something missing we will mail you . my status is still the same didn’t change (interview is scheduled) was woundering if some one facing same situation.
