case was approved, it back to finger print were taken
guys I need your help here. my case was approved
I was so happy, then it was changed to new car was produced, instead of mailing the card, they updated it to finger print were taken, is this normal? is there anyone have experienced anything like that?
please share your thoughts.

I can’t say others to be patient and just wait , I was going nuts for a while trying to keep off this app and just got back on because it’s so addicting and then coming on here seeing people getting approve this year just makes me looses it ! all I can say pray , call them or try to reach out to congressman , but at least try to do something to make you feel better . and no I didn’t expedite but ofc I called also reached out to Emma and ask questions pertaining to my case

hey la Famille, so for those who see that they actually reviewing your case for the second time give it about 24 hours then you will see they approved it, the first combat is over now going to NVC 🤣. my mother is in Gabon, Central Africa and I applied for her since July 2021 and I’m august they received the case then about January they were actively reviewing it until April 19 I saw they reviewed it again for a 2nd time and then 24 hours later they approved I’m so happy I’m now waiting on them to tell me what next I will definitely update you guys ❤️ stay strong 💪🏽

approved! I got my work permit 2 weeks before my green card interview. they scheduled us out of state twice so we went anyways and they did a courtesy interview for us because the schedulers messed up. glad it’s done!! happy to have my green card!

My hubby’s timeline
hello, Lawfully friends. This is my husband’s timeline and our second time filling. We had a NOID and denial in 2020. My husband’s EAD was expired for 2 years but God’s grace led me to this app and we filed and an expedite and got approval in a day. Currently praying and awaiting his faithfulness with our interview. It’s been a month and some days but there’s blessing in the wait.

Family-based adjustment of status (marriage)
Overall, it was a very smooth process! The only hiccup was the following:
I applied for the adjustment while living in MN, but then decided to move to TX. I submitted an AR-11 to make sure USCIS is aware of my address change. A few weeks later they scheduled my interview in MN! I had to call and let them know about this mistake, so they cancelled the interview and finally 2 months later, they scheduled another interview near my home in TX.
The adjudication officer was very nice and asked us basic questions about ourselves (job, place of birth, etc.), and the only question he asked about my relationship with my wife is “How did you meet?” He did not ask for any documented evidence of the bona fides of our marriage.
I think these officers are highly trained and can easily tell if a relationship is genuine or not. So if you have nothing to hide, don’t worry! Just be yourself like me and my wife did!
