congratulations, Can you help me please, m'y case was approved Yesterday but in the notice, it says to fil form i 824 if i'm outside or fil form i 487 if i want to adjust m'y statut. now i'm outside i dont know if i need to Replay them or just wait to be contacted by nvc.

@sou D, you didn't fill your i-130 correctly that's why you have this problem. USCIS will retain your approval until you have done what they ask you to do. since you r outside the USA, there's a form to fill for them to send your case to NVC

@sou D make sure you filled your form correctly...i got the same notice and it wasn't actually an error on my end. contact uscis to get it fixed and sent to nvc.

there is only one choice, it not possible to choose both

@Saleh, you can expedite whenever you want as long as you have a receipt number.

@sou D, you have to be living in the states to adjust status. you can't adjust status from outside the US.
