Spetember2019 father died.
later 2020 covid issues then even submitted death certificate for above case procedure.
october 2021 to december 2021 RFE's issue twice.
January31 Usics approved case,"Case Approval was Reaffirmed and Mailed back to Department of state"
February2022 recieved USICS letters "Notice Of Action" which briefly expalined approval and wait atleast 45 days for NVC correspondence.
after 45 days lawyer follow up the case with NVC om call they issued Invoice ID.
after i enter invoice ID they shows "Case is returned to USICS for administrative action and is no more at NVC.
we contact USICS they verified the caller my mother first and then said case will be rewind and new case ID and invoice number will be issued against New Petitioner that is Mother permanent resident Green Card.And the wait time will be 4-5 more years!🥺🥺🥺
Proof of Income
any thoughts about paystubs curret income that would be considered enough to be approved? At the moment my job is low and I’m undecided about whether doing the sponsorship myself or having a joint sponsorship. I know for a fact that my W2 for these past yrs are in good shape but it is right now that I’m not working enough, would that affect me or what should I do?

Anyone on here who in the month of Jan, 2022 got approved by USCIS through the Texas Service Center and got a welcome letter from the NVC??
...going on 90 days waiting for welcome letter after approval. NVC said they don't have the documents and it's an I-140 so only lawyer or petitioner can check where it is with USCIS.
