Hi everyone!. I just wanted to share the timeline of my case of removing the conditions on my green card!. After a long wait, I can finally apply for citizenship!.

I 130 Approved
The Approved letter says that USCIS will retain my case. Called USCIS about that and was told that I shouldn't worry about it that my case will be transferred to NVC. Does anyone else have such approval response or is that the same Approval response USCIS gives to all applicants that there Beneficiary is abroad? I was hoping the Approval notice will say that your case will be moved to NVC (if your Beneficiary is abroad) which is the normal thing from my inquiry. Does anyone have any input?
I-751 with Divorce Waiver
Do the basics right :
1. Apply on time.
2. Make sure you have whatever proof you can collect. If you don’t have something like joint lease or affidavit from common friends don’t bother I did not have those but made up with what I could.
3. Answer RFE on time.
4. Divorce reasoning is not fret upon in interview.
5. Be genuine and if your marriage was legit you don’t have to worry since divorce can happen and USCIS understands that.
