my EAD renewal approved.
I just got notification from lawfully that my EAD was card production 😜😏😩😎 I need my greencard. this approval came after congressional help last week, I asked my congressman to look in uscis for my i485 but today card production for i765.

My I-485 case was denied on Sep 28th, 2021.
I hired a lawyer & fill an appeal in November.
Yesterday I received the notification that a card was being produced.
Now this morning I woke up to the update that the case was reopened.
can anyone explain what does that mean??
is my greeen card still being produced??

Since I get the advance parole, may I travel back and forth (in and out) the States? Has anyone traveled with AP and have no trouble when you ask for admission into the States?

I’m sharing our timeline in case it’s of use to anyone
We are adjusting from K1 and we started the process in Houston in September. We moved and transferred our case to Phoenix in March 2022
Interview date: April 25,2022
Approval: April 28, 2022
FO: Phoenix
never recieved EAD/AP
We have a very simple and straight forward case. The most unusual is that it took 3 days after the interview to my husbands status to change online but we were verbally approved at the interview.
Our timeline still says K1. I tried to update it but it’s not accepting my edits 🤷🏻♀️

About SSN
Hello everyone! Wishing you'all the best! 💫 I just received in hands my EAD and AP, can I apply for a SSN now? Or I have to wait to arrive my green card? I'd like to get my own credit card, build my credit...some people tell me I have to wait for my green card, but It really doesn't make sense since I have a work permit now. my husband got his i130 approved in Dec 21 and then in March we got the greencard interview letter stating how we were invited for stokes interview on April 27th. when we went there yhe office told us she has to send us to another office for a different interview, while sitting we here that there wasnt anyone to conduct a stokes interview and then they have to reschedule us. after 45 minutes waiting the same officer came to us and ask us to follow her and started the inyerview in her office after apologising tonus 3 times for the mixed up..she ask us about 40 questions, she was young nice bkack woman, very friendly. it went so well and told us that we will get a emailnin about 120 days or sooner..today we got the update that new card is in production. thanks god its over. he will get a 10 yr greencard.
