Conditional Green Card Approved!
I’m sharing our timeline in case it’s of use to anyone
We are adjusting from K1 and we started the process in Houston in September. We moved and transferred our case to Phoenix in March 2022
Interview date: April 25,2022
Approval: April 28, 2022
FO: Phoenix
never recieved EAD/AP
We have a very simple and straight forward case. The most unusual is that it took 3 days after the interview to my husbands status to change online but we were verbally approved at the interview.
Our timeline still says K1. I tried to update it but it’s not accepting my edits 🤷🏻♀️

How was the phx office for your adjustment? How do you ensure you get the phx office when filling. I’m in AZ so I assume it would get assigned to phx.

I’m in AZ my FO is Tuscon. My interview was April 27 and status changed to case approved April 28 for both I-130 and I-485.

@shelly c they were super fast. Your office is based on where you live so if you’re in or near the Phoenix area then that’s where you’re going. you can check on the office locator in the USCIS website

@C MW congrats! do you have a USCIS online account? have you reviewed your approval notice? ours was uploaded under my name (I’m the petitioner) and then deleted. not sure what that’s about
