congratulations. timing depends on when they transfer you to NBC as Nebraska not approving i485s since April. once it’s transferred people seem to be getting approved in 4-6 weeks generally. I’m 7 months post i140 approval and still waiting for transfer

@SB far from truth. LIN trackers have been showinf 485 approvals. Was your 140 premium processing?

@dk they are only approving eb4 and any that already have rfes. the ones transferred to nbc will show on the lin trackers as you don’t get a new number, but they were transferred from Nebraska.

husband has exactly same date! concurrent filing and i140 approved a month ago still both 485’s at Nebraska. no news since then
