after almost losing faith, God has done it again! it’s pretty uncommon to see LPR posting here since the most of you guys are USC and I was really desperate. Finally getting the chance to give back to this community. My case has just been approved today after being transferred from SRC to NBC on June 14th. My transfer took place about a month after the approval of my wife's case (primary). Her case was also transferred from SRC and approved 3 weeks afterward. Meanwhile neither of us ever received approval for I-765. I had two denied requests for expedited I-765.
We are fortunate to have a relatively speedy processing time. All the best to everyone that's still waiting.

Hi people, I'm extremely happy. My EAD was approved after expedite request.
I did the request through Emma on June 23rd, one week later (06/30) received the email saying that USCIS is reviewing my case and today I received the approval.
I have to say I didn't receive any email notifying the approval. Thanks to this app I learned that my case was approved.

My I-131 approved after my departure from US
My I-131 approved after my departure from US. can I use it for my travel back to US? My L1 A visa stamping is still in DS5535 admin process, visa interview happened on 17th June at US embassy in New Delhi. officer said all of you are approved but later on 6/22 I got email to fill DS5535 form. My L2 dependents got visa stamped and they travelled back to US. I am stuck here in Bangalore, India. Appreciate any input/suggestions. Many thanks.
