My I130 got a approval letter today.And they told me it is been detained.That I have to file form I-824 Because they said I didn’t file telling them where my beneficiary was going to get his visa.Have anyone have such problem..Pls help I need some answer thnx u all.

Thank God 🙏🏻. It took some extra time than estimated but once receiving a RFE and replying quickly to it, the approval was fast.

Me enviaron un correo diciendo que mi caso fue aprobado, pero no menciona nada de que mi tarjeta ya ha sido enviada ni he recibido un número de rastreo.. A alguien le pasó lo mismo y si recibió su tarjeta dentro de el tiempo estipulado? oh tengo que esperar a que me envíen el correo de tarjeta en proceso?
