yea my husband I-765 came through finally! Just speaking it into existence. USCIS can make someone frustrated, but all hope is not lost. I have faith, his work permit has already been approved and they’ll send us the card soon.

My little sister(10 yrs old) who is a green card holder is about to get her passport expire soon. what are the procedure to renew passport since she is in USA and unless she becomes US cutizen she can’t get US passport?

My I130 got a approval letter today.And they told me it is been detained.That I have to file form I-824 Because they said I didn’t file telling them where my beneficiary was going to get his visa.Have anyone have such problem..Pls help I need some answer thnx u all.

Alhamdulillah my combo card eventually got approved

filed on january 24, 2022 biometrics applied to my case on june 15, 2022 i765 got approved july 6, 2022 i131 got approved july 8, 2022

Finally! Got my EAD and SSN delivered. (F2A)

Thank God 🙏🏻. It took some extra time than estimated but once receiving a RFE and replying quickly to it, the approval was fast. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

Time from approval to receiving card

Hi all, my green card was approved last Friday. status was that a new card had been ordered. yesterday status changed to my case has been approved but no further news on the card. please what are the usual next steps after a new card has been ordered?

who else is waiting for NVC to schedule interview? embassy Haiti 🇭🇹 my case has been document qualified since December 14 2021 the case still stuck at NVC no interview yet

how many days does case approved change to we mail your card . my green card was approved on Tuesday.

it change from we order your card to approved yesterday and up till now it has not change to we mail your card . does anybody has an idea when it will change to we mail your card .
