@Oumou, didn’t you fill it out inside the form I-130. It’s part of the question asked in the form. If no, then USCIS should have flagged it and sent it back to you in 2020 so you can refill it and submit. It’s USCIS’ fault.

@Oumou, I’ll advise you to call USCIS and speak with an agent and explain to them what happened and that you believe USCIS made that mistake and see/ hear what they’ll say. that’s what I’ll do
