How does it work!
My I-130 was approved and sent to the NVC and when I log in using my case and reference number I would see not paid where one of the fees should be paid but no option to pay it. I’m wondering if my lawyer needs to submit any physical documents before I get the option to pay the fees.

Hi everyone,
My mother’s i-130 is approved. For NVC documents, in her birth certificate she has a middle name but in all other documents she doesn’t have a middle name. It is just her first and last name.
On my birth certificate, my mother name is just her first name only.
To get all these corrected to same name in India, it is a big process and takes many months. So, I just submitted the documents whatever the way it is.
Hopefully, they accept it!
Any thoughts and suggestions?

NIW Case Approved after 432 days
I’m glad my i140 case finally got approved after a long wait. I would like to know how to show evidence of financial support for i485 as a self petitioner (NIW).
Also, can my approval notice be used instead of immigration petition to show documentation of immigration petition. Thanks #NIW #I140 #I485
