My I-131 approved after my departure from US
My I-131 approved after my departure from US. can I use it for my travel back to US? My L1 A visa stamping is still in DS5535 admin process, visa interview happened on 17th June at US embassy in New Delhi. officer said all of you are approved but later on 6/22 I got email to fill DS5535 form. My L2 dependents got visa stamped and they travelled back to US. I am stuck here in Bangalore, India. Appreciate any input/suggestions. Many thanks.
after 8 months finally the uscis updated my case my I-765 was approved today!!!thank you LoRd🙏🙏God is good all the time...😇🥰🙏🙏🙏hoping it's a combo card 🙏 please..
just hang on there guys..i knew its so frustrating to wait for so long.....but we can't do anything,.... just to wait for our turn... our journey!!!just pray and pray ND pray...🙏🙏🙏 that's the biggest weapon for this..and be strong...😇

ROW. Dependent had same timeline except for case approved two weeks after primary, we don't know why. Lawyer inquiry to USCIS may have helped triggered the dependent approval.
No RFE, interview waived, concurrent filing with medicals. I-765 and I-131 not received for primary or dependent.
Transferred on April 28th from Texas SRC to NBC.

but my 1 30 change to case must be reviewed. but my lawyer said I should not worried about the I 130 . marriage base Dallas office 2 interview. case approved after 15 month I did my second interview. my wife had to write letter to uscis field director in dallas. my case was file January 2020. I pray everyone wating hear the good news

but after few minutes, I got another email:
