Case remains pending.
i just got check USCIS web site and my case update… Case remines pending. what it means. my interview was 27- Jun and my pd 08-30-2019. EB3 unskilled. what it means ? please share your thoughts. thank you.

I think that because EB3-3 unskilled Visa bulletin is not current right now. So we need to wait until your priority date becomes current to have green card to be issued.

You can ask EMMA Chat if your A-file was transferred to Texas, was reading on the USCIS website and the cases that have had interview and are waiting for a visa to be available they send it to Texas so as soon as a visa is available they approve the green card

if the file move to Texas its just a black hole even your file is ready.
Just pray it dont get to Texas.

my interview was Atlanta FO. i don’t know about case transfer and I didn’t get any transfer notice.

When there is a setback in the visas, the processes that already have the interviews carried out, the USCIS sends the file to Texas so that the visas are current again and can be released and approved.

yes it was the normal practice before covid.
now the texas Service centre is backlogged with cases it will go to NBC.
If it goes to Texas than surely it will be a bad luck. If it transfer you will receive notice.
