Did they ask you for proof? did you sand proof?

@Dani yes I did it with a live agent. He or she (I don't know) processed my request and one week later received the notification from USCIS.

Did you got an acknowledgment email from USCIS on the day when you expedited ?

I hope I get approved soon to I put my inquiry on June 21 and they answer on June 28 saying that my case is under review and I should a answer shortly but I didn’t get nothing yet

@Vinayak No. I chatted with the live agent and 8 days later I received the mail from the USCIS saying that my case was approved. 6 days later (today) received the approval with no request for evidence.

Nice, Congratulations. My PD is April 25th. Submitted an expedite request June 27th and still waiting with fingers crossed.

@jh rff to be honest I don't know if it is still at the NBC. All my applications were sent there but I haven't asked if my application was transferred somewhere else.

@Sameera. There are no fees to request an expedite

@Nikeita well once you request an expedite, you should receive an email from USCIS saying that your case is being reviewed. Mine came 8 days after I expedite with the agent. 6 days after that email was when I received the approval. if you haven't received any email confirming your request, you should try to chat with an agent again and tell him that you haven't received that notice. Basically if you don't receive that notice is like USCIS has not received your request.

I had only received an email while I was on the phone with the person but it was for a survey and then she gave me a confirmation code and I wrote it down. Haven’t received any email since then. Going to try calling them again.

hi @Anto thank you very much. The best way to chat with a live agent is at 8am. After 9am is almost impossible. Try at 8am and I promise you will be able to chat with them.

i received that email weeks ago nothing yet, I tried to raise another expedite they did not assign it to anyone . Should I call again ?

@Daniel T I just connected through live chat and they told me family based I-765 case cannot be expetited.. looks like I’m have to try another route

hi @Jiazhen that is not true because my application is family-based and was expedited and approved. So try again with a different agent tomorrow.

They closed off expedite requests because the volume of people trying to expedite is getting too high they said. it’s a good thing I did mine before that happened

wow! That's really bad news. I received my EAD because I had the chance to expedite it. There is another option that you guys can try, the inbox. I sent a message using the inbox on my USCIS account. They replied. So if the agent doesn't take your request, trying using that way.

anyway, my attorney started a inquiry and will get response in about 30 days. let’s see what they say

the old uscis status account log in does not have document section .

@RG once you log in, there is a menu with three small lines on the top right, if you press it you will see the inbox.

@ja Rose. cool. Mine was approved after that (8 days later), some people receive request for evidence, but for sure that means they are processing your request. Good luck.

well I got that email 2 weeks ago almost 3 that my case is under review

now I got RFE for I131 any ideas will help

@Aa Ss yes when the agent asked me the reason, I just said financial loss and explained why. But I never received a RFE.

how did you talk to EMMA? how did you ask expedite request?could you explain please?
