missed filing I-485 concurrently with I-130
Hi,
I missed filing I-485 concurrently with the I-130 for my spouse. The USCIS address on the I-797 noc for I-130 says Irving Texas addresss however I-485 filing address on website indicates chicago address.
Do I file this to Chicago address as per website or follow the I-797 noc for I-130 addresss.

Did not mark the envelop for medicals. Will it be ok?
Hi
I sent Response to RFE for medicals for EB category. I placed RFE copy followed by cover letter and Sealed envelop given by the doctor. I sent it by USPS Priority Mail. When I was reading USCIS website on the filing tips , realized I did the following mistakes.
1. Stapled RFE pages . Though it is not heavy duty.
2. Did not mark USPS envelop with the form number or name .
is this ok? Will there be any problem?

Documents required for an expedite request
Hi guys,
My working visa will expire in September and I was curious about what I would need to ask for an expedite request.
I’m thinking it will be primarily a financial loss issue.
Do any of you what paperwork/documents I would need to provide to uscis?
