Two months of "actively reviewing." My visa is running out and I have no option to stay in my spouse's country while we wait.

my visa is also running out in august. and also license will be expire very soon, i dont know if i can save my job or not….. anyone know how many month they taking for 765???

So slow. We went from being possibly approved between August and November, to now being between March and July of next year. But if you go on the site and see the actual processing times for California, it's even longer. I had to come back to the US almost 3 months ago without him. It really sucks.
