Not to worry, if you dont receive by next week, you can just go in person to US Social Security Administration and file to get one with your EAD and it will come in the mail. Most of them take walk ins.

u need your ead, ss application which u can get there or off their website and they might/might not ask u for secondary id which is passport. u can make appointment if u live in big city, if not u can just walk in they are usually pretty quick.

@Tiana Kessler @Stephania Romano I just booked an appointment online and also filled the online form. earliest appointment was 7 December. hopefully I get it before then so I don’t have to go.
