Pretty self explanatory. Just means they are reviewing your case and you don't need to do anything else than to just wait for them to either push your case forward or to send an RFE if they need additional documentation.

31 days is pretty short for you to start worrying. Processing time for i130 is about a year and even longer if it’s a busy field office.

mine has been actively reviewing since July 21 going 100 days now

mine was like this before they updated it to interview to be scheduled since June 22nd..and just waiting since then.

thanks guys for all your help and feedback! and to the ones that are saying that its too early for me to start worrying… LOL I know that, it’s just because the comments that I’ve seen on here says that when u get that it usually means that you get approved a day or 5 days after.. I’m very aware of how immigration works since I’m the first generation born American in my family, I know it’s a long process thanks 😊

I did mine online so I have no idea where is at lol I think it’s in Texas because a month ago when I got the receipt notice in the mail that’s where it said it came from

i did mines online with my lawyer also my letter said Texas but then I talked with an agent and she told me it was in California go to USCIS website search Emma and type “live agent” and you can ask the live agent we’re you case location is

then from there you can get a good estamit of we’re your case is and you can see how long it takes to process after it’s been actively reviewing

how do you find that?

since you are US citizens, you priority date should/must be the same as the receipt date. you can find it somewhere on top of your receipt letter.
