Wrong Address and Rejected
Hi everyone, good afternoon!
I wanted to share with you about this case: I first sent the documents to the address where we received the “Receipt Notice” letter, I sent all the forms (131. 485, 765) to Vermont.
But after a while, I realized that the website said to send to PO Box in Chicago IL because I am a Florida resident. So I canceled the first money order I sent and resent all the documents again on 04/15 and they received them the next day.
On 04/17 they received my first package and started processing, but I already knew it would be denied for having canceled the money order.
Detail, the first process started on 04/17 and I only received the first letter on 06/10. This week I received everything in sequence, the biometrics appointment, the RFE and copies of the first package with the letter of denial due to payment (which I canceled)

Y'all have been acting strangely lately. When you send a package to the wrong office, they always transfer it to the correct one.

@L R You shouldn't have to canceled the money order... Even if you sent it to the wrong address, they will relocate it to the correct address but it will take time for you to receive an acknowledgement.
