Generally, mandamus may be filed without a lawyer. I have not done it but theoretically, is possible.

i dont get it coz my case for my spouse they send to diff. service center its wierd can they just stick to one service center..its really a BS..they are playing with us...i know thier superior coz they have our case..they can do whatever they want but atleast be transpararent with us and atleast send us the letter where our case being proccessed not us asking where coz thats supposed their job to inform us...they get luck coz all they have to do look at files like us where at limbo and stress, anxiety coz we dont know whats going on...just saying

I’m looking for cheap one bc writ of mandamus fees between $2500 to 4500. tbh idk if we can multiple applicants can sue them in same time. if we could i do not mind to do it in order to save money. I live in Chicago.

I have talked with an attorney in Chicago about writ of mandamus . it cost $2500. half payment first then rest when I get respond. I do not how much suppose to cost if 5 people ?
