@hey hey average cost with attorney is $5000, if you do it yourself with assistance could be $1000. Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se"

@Nii Nue did you receive that type of email before they send you the ref? “I am the Assistant U.S. Attorney assigned to this matter. I have been in contact with counsel for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, and they have informed me that they are in the process of attempting to resolve your application. In order to do so, the agency intends on requesting additional information for you to submit, and you will be allotted approximately 90 days to respond. After which, the agency will make a decision on your application. By statute, the United States is normally required to file a response to the Complaint you filed within sixty (60) days. Because it appears that this may be resolved without the necessity of filing a Complaint, I am requesting that you agree to an extension of our time to respond to the Complaint for an additional one hundred and twenty (120) days, or on or before December 25, 2024.
