Writ of Mandamus
For those who filed a writ of mandamus while their priority date is current, how long did you wait before filing?
Can we file the same month being Current?

As long as your I485 has been pending for over 3 years, PD is current, and have clean record with no red flags. I would highly recommend going ahead with it. I'm a typical example 😀

@Amin Goretz I dont recommend mandamus unless you have 100% confident with ongoing issues! If you scratch them they may bite you harder with current administration! if i was you i would not bother them especially with mandamus!
