Ask them if it's possible to get a tier officer 2 involved because of the length of time you have been waiting. if that doesn't work, then put in another request. My combo card only got approved because a tier officer was following up with NBC after I had put in 3 expedited requests with no feedback on any.

@Sept 16, 2022 . Did you talk to a person on the phone? Every time my husband or I called, we could not get past the automated bot. We would say speak to a representative and it would hang up on us.

@Britt A Say “Infopass” or “Lost a receipt” then you can talk to tier 1 agents.

you can say “expedite processing” and then say I-765 when it asks which application. then it’ll get you to an agent. I’d submit another expedite. I submitted 5 expedite requests and due to the last one, my application was finally approved after 11 months. also I recommend checking Hilites.today where you can see whether your expedite was assigned to an officer.
