would getting unemployment benefits risk us citizenship application for existing green card holders?
just curious. I’m a current green card holder through marriage. in this economy want to be prepared for anything. I read that unemployment is technically an insurance and not the same as public charge - so it shouldn’t be a problem. however, what is it like in reality with USCIS?
