@brya a A reckless driving charge, being a criminal offense and not a simple traffic violation, must be reported on your I-485 application and could impact your immigration case, potentially leading to denial or deportation. Here's a more detailed explanation: Reporting Requirement: You are required to disclose any criminal charges, including reckless driving, on your I-485 application. Severity of the Offense: While not all criminal offenses are equal, reckless driving is considered a more serious offense than a simple traffic violation. Factors Affecting Outcome: The impact on your immigration case will depend on several factors, including: Whether you were charged with a misdemeanor or felony. Whether anyone was injured or killed. Whether you were under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Whether you have other criminal charges on your record. The specific circumstances surrounding the charge. Potential Consequences: A reckless driving conviction could lead to: A denial of your green card application. A finding that you are inadmissible to the United States. Potential deportation. Minimizing the Impact: The best way to minimize the impact is to have the charge reduced to a lesser offense or dropped altogether. @Dejan Stefanovski People like you are the problem, don't know anything and just resort to god. Sir you are the real bullshitterr here.

@S S i don’t want your bad vibes sir i already have an immigration lawyer he is working on my case he said it shouldn’t affect me as long as the misdemeanor is not moral turpidude and an is only a one time thing

@brya a Bad vibes, don't post on social platforms and ask questions than, all we are doing is trying to give you the best advice, nevermind, stay away from social platforms and for sure don't post if you can't handle the responses

@brya a just make sure you include that in your i-485 and pay the fines and also take a defensive driving class then attach those with your application or take them in for your interview. and steer clear of any other citations.

Just stay out of trouble. it's not that hard especially when you know you are at risk due to your current status. idk why you ask here if you have your aty giving you information. there are no bad vibes just people trying to help you understand what we know and you know well we are not lawyers so take everything with a grain of salt or dont ask here. good luck!

@Dejan Stefanovski I run an English school, and It’s free for people like you. @S S He knows two people with DUIs, surrounds himself with criminals, and takes pride in it. Hard to see how someone like @Dejan Stefanovski became a victim and file VAWA.

@brya a You asked for advice, and @S S gave you an honest answer. If you only wanted sugar-coated validation, you should’ve said so upfront. Don’t ask for opinions if you can’t handle anything other than what you want to hear
S SApr 3, 2025
@A T Lol

i’m not asking for sugar validation but you can’t judge my reckless driving crime especially if my life was in danger i had no choice but to do i what i had to do to survive . when was someone was trying to harm is so unfair that i got charged for that when the other person got away.

@brya a Save that answer for your interview, make sure you have enough documentation. There is a diffrence between getting charged and getting convicted, I am sure you had your day in court. If I were you I would shut up and learn from the situation and listen to my lawyer and definately not post on social platforms specially if my vibes get affected so easily lol
