workers permit
Hi all,
Last week I got a notice saying an action was taken on my case after asking you guys yay let me know to check the documents area and I saw my works permit was approved. The following day I got 3 emails saying an action was taken again but when I looked in the documents nothing new.
my question is should I be expecting a combo card even though all I saw was approved for works permit?
has anyone ever got 3 messages about action being taken and nothing shows when you log in?

uscis always sends three email’s out for the one update it happened to me before.

@M M that happened to my cuz last week. After receiving the email about action taken she logged in and nothing showed up. We called uscis they told her her I-765 was approved. 3 days after she received a next action taken this time we called they told her it wasn't her I-485 or her I-130 it was just that the card was mailed out and they provided the tracking number. 2 days after she received her work permit and social security card. I would suggest you calling because after the emails were received nothing showed up in the documents tab. Call uscis @ 1 (800) 375-5283 and when they ask reason for call say lost receipt, provide your receipt number and take it from there. GOOD LUCK 👍
