Work travel- sufficient reason for rescheduling i751 interview?
For work, I have a very important travel plan that was already scheduled for about 2 months now. I was told to not purchase any hotels or flights yet as the duration is unknown and was told recently of the duration, which will be Dec 5-Dec9. I got in the mail that I have a scheduled interview for I751 and it is on Dec 7. Dec 6 and Dec7 are the most important days for me at work. My work is willing to provide any documentation to support in rescheduling this interview. I called USCIS to reschedule and they told me that request have been submitted but it may be denied or accepted. The problem is that I will hear back from them in three weeks, which is after my interview date. First, does my interview rescheduling reason seem sufficient? Second, any advice? I am freaking out here as I do not want to risk anything to my visa while I also do not want to miss this work travel as it is VERY important for me and I do not want to lose my job.

so interview can be rescheduled but you got to to contact them prior to let them know so this could be canceled…. if you have an atty , he should be able to do it …but the only thing you need to know your interview could be rescheduled 3 moths or 4 later

@Gen he already has LPR. he is just removing conditions. How is his source of livelihood less important than a 20mins interview which he can reschedule

Yea I have never called USCIS for my I-751…as long as they don’t mess with my ability to work and travel then they can shove it 😂. i will only cry out if it passes 20 months

this question pretty much answered it self , no status in the United States means no job as a legal resident in the United States

@Jason Miller What do you mean? Rescheduling interviews is a very normal thing. I don’t understand your assertion
