work permit and green card under CAA (Cuban adjustment act)!
hello!
I’m Brazilian and my husband is Cuban, we filled together for the i485 and i765 in last September 5, and we had our fingerprints collected in October 12. everything under CAA wich we qualified for it.
what everyone says is that our work permit should be approved within 3 months since we filled but it’s almost 5 months and we don’t have it yet. does anyone know if maybe there is something wrong with that?
we really need our social and work permit since we can’t work or drive in Florida without it! please someone give an advice!!

oi Patricia!não fizemos com advogado, mas com uma despachante. nossa agonia não é nem quanto ao gc mas ao social e work permit. muita gente tinha dito que chegaria em 3 meses e agora estamos meio frustrados. mas tem que ter paciência…

with the fingerprints receipt you can have the drivers license.
