@samarth h As I understand the process you cannot get work authorization based on an approved i130. You would have to wait until a visa becomes available for you to apply for your immigrant visa. The approved i130 only establishes that Uscis is satisfied that there is a relationship with the petitioner. With that said you can ask an attorney for more up to date information .

Unfortunately no, you can only get work authorization if you are eligible to file an I-485. Since your petition is based on a sibling relationship, you will have to wait until your priority date is current on the date for filing chart before you can file I-485, I-765 and I-131. I’m sorry, I know the wait is brutal. Stay strong.

can't adjust status based on sibling filing for sibling. So, no, there is no work permit and I also believe that you will have to return for an interview
