why would u dropped the lawsuit even after the interview u fuck it up if u didn’t drop the wom u will get decision in less than 60 days

@mo OUMAR my lawyer was so stupid he did that without even consulting with me

@F A 3 months after fist mandamus then after dropping the mandmaus they canceled my first interview and they rescheduled me after 2 months

@Qa khan it’s all good brother listen u can write a letter for uscis office that handle it u case let them know that u will file mandamus lawsuit in 30 days if there no decision was made

u don’t have to spend all that money

send the letter by certified mail with return receipt

@Qa khan brother USCIS scheduled my interview after WOM. i have an question for you? When the USCIS scheduled your interview, the interview letter that the field office sent you is form I-797C or form G-56 ? And do i need to redo the medical examination form i-693 again or the first one is still valid which i submitted with my filling i-485 back in Dec, 2024? Your reply will helps me alot. thank you.

@F A I don’t know about the type of the paper but I will check it for you and will let you know by end of day and as well as you submitted your medical on Dec 2024 it should be fine till Dec of 2026 it is valid for 2 years

@Qa khan thank you brother. They transferred my case from NBC to local field office after i filled WOM and now they scheduled interview but they sent me G-56 (call in notice) for interview not I-797.
