I filed vawa in March 2022 too. and i remarried in May 2024. too I send my withdraw letter and all News forms in March 2025 . yesteday they updated my cases - vawa case withdrawl - I485 2022 denied - new I485 case is still being processed - new 765 case is still being processed - I130 no updated -I131 no updated

personally, I don’t think I’ll be able to trust anyone easily with this process again to be honest. I’ll rather have the person wait till i see the out come of my vawa first. but everyone is different and wish you all the best 👌🏽

if you google the VAWA rule you can’t remarry unless you are approved with your VAWA. that’s what i know. But we’ll see if what result it would be.

Three days ago I received a USCIS letter saying they were going to reuse my fingerprints and biometrics for 765 and 131. Today i received letter approve to 765 No upgrade on line 765 485 still being processed I hope get combo card with advance parole 🙏@beast b

@Velma Marie They just canceled my old EAD the same day they ordered the new one. so I wasn't scared of that.

I applied for vawa in March 2023 and got married again with my current husband in June 2025. We applied again in August 2025 and got my work permit in October. Now we have an interview in 3 weeks that my lawyer will be present. Our lawyer wants to wait to withdraw vawa, and she said she’ll withdraw it at the interview so I’m just trusting my lawyer
