withdraw the case I 485
I got argue with my wife and she sent the letter to Immigration to withdraw the case and they act quickly and they put in their system after she sent letter to stop the wathdraw of the case and she send new I 130. What do you think they gonna reinstate the case or not? how long take to withdraw the case?? what i should to do to stop withdraw the case ??

I’m not sure but I heard U.S citizen can be the only one to drop the case so I guess that means If she don’t want to do it well they can not keep helping you

If I order the case to be withdrawn and it says that it was withdrawn, there is no way to establish that new thing, here the next step is, if they want to continue they must make a new request. @Laroussi Riahi

do a vawa and don't let her know, get a lawyer they can still help you to get the green card her information is in the system

@Ice Cream please I am having my master hearing in less than 2 months after my first denial I reapplied and my I-130 was approved and Ead which expires in like 4 months I-485 has been on biometrics for almost 3 years please what should I do or expect
