Interesting question! I am tempted to ask you a question when I should be attempting your question. Here is what I think: one can always withdraw an application but most likely will loss the application fee. Depending on where the application processing is, USCIS can decide to approve the withdrawal request or reject it. Now my question, would you like to share why you are considering withdrawing your application?
