will we get a green card issued this year? eb1c India
I'm unsure how many green cards still remain. I heard there won't be too many spillovers this year? if we have an old priority date before 2018 for eb1c can we expect a green card this fiscal year?

Last year DoS announced all visa numbers for EB1 were allocated in August, expect same patter or earlier by month.
