Did you submit the evaluated results during the submission by a third institution like WES? Did you use the service of an attorney?

@FlyHigh ❤️ it's my understanding that should be done by a third institution. There are several evaluation companies who evaluate your credentials and determine the final equivalence

Yes they will accept it. Make a copy of the original evaluation, notarize and send off. References for work experiences will be useful to prove 5 years. All the best!

This is so relieving particularly because I was denied my first case and now, this second petition came with the RFE that all 3 prongs have been met and I am just to submit these to be approved. @Abraham's Seed ToP Please, do you know how long it takes to receive notification (Receipt of notice) after initial submission of AOS? I tracked the package that I mailed out but the delivery message is confusing “ Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility” Thanks.

@Sa O It would arrive within 3 - 4 weeks. I know expecting updates from them could produce pressure, I want you to know it will be fine. Sign up for email updates from the post-office, which would help your expectations. #Blessings

I got a lengthy RFE questioning virtually everything my attorney sent in (meanwhile, my attorney made a grave error, she filled in EB1A in the application form instead of EB2 NIW) and that changed everything
